Annual Conference
The Fight For Right team traditionally organizes its Annual National Conference in observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The event has become a leading platform for discussing systemic disability-related reforms in Ukraine.
We bring together the disability rights community, hundreds of civil society activists, international partners, and representatives of various government institutions to advance the integration of European accessibility and inclusion standards in Ukraine, accelerate deinstitutionalization, and help build a country that is comfortable and accessible for everyone.
Our shared goal is to shape the public agenda and engage as many allies as possible in advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities. An important part of the conference is a visibility campaign led by persons with disabilities, through which we remind society that no decisions about us should be made without our participation.
