The Disability Rights Center (DRC) is Ukraine’s first think tank established to advocate for a human rights-based approach to disability in public policymaking.

Founded in 2020 by leading experts and researchers with disabilities, the Center aims to accelerate the government’s implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities by advancing legislative and procedural reforms.
