Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Fight For Right has carried out more than 1,600 evacuations.
Evacuations remain a top priority for the Fight For Right team because we understand that people often decide to leave their homes only when they can no longer cope with the challenges on their own. In addition to organizing evacuations within Ukraine, we have developed dozens of international evacuation routes and helped persons with disabilities reach safety abroad.

The Story of Yevhen and Valentyna
Yevhen and Valentyna lived in the Zaporizhzhia region, very close to the front line. Their living conditions became increasingly unbearable because of constant shelling by Russian forces. Power outages lasting more than five days had become part of their everyday reality. One by one, their neighbors left for safer areas. Others were unable to evacuate in time and were killed.
Because of her health condition, Valentyna could not evacuate by public transportation or train, so the family had to look for another way to reach safety. Thanks to the Fight For Right team’s rapid response, the evacuation was arranged as quickly as possible. Despite the difficult conditions, the journey was completed safely and without delay.

A Story of Support
Life in the Donetsk region is becoming increasingly dangerous, even in remote villages. Drones and the constant fear of attack remain day and night. Ivan, a man with a disability, and his family spent most of their time not in their home or outside, but in the basement, trying to stay safe.
Despite everything, the family hesitated for a long time before leaving. They were raising three children, managing daily household responsibilities, and trying to continue their lives between attacks. They wanted to believe that the war would end and that they could remain in their home.
Then a neighboring house was struck, and their neighbor was killed. At that moment, it became clear that staying was no longer possible. Ivan contacted Fight For Right.
When our driver, Serhii, arrived, the family was ready. Everyone understood that they had to move quickly. During the evacuation, a drone appeared in the sky, so the vehicle departed immediately without losing any time.
